I saw this great article yesterday “Without Women, its Arbor Day.”  It is nice article about how women really make sure that Christmas is a special day, but what also think is relevant is that women are making use of these skill sets everyday.  Specifically, Planning and Executing.  I am not sure if women fully realize the value of these skills or understand them as skills, as they come very naturally to many women, but I would argue that we should not only identify with these traits and also market ourselves as successfully leveraging them, to not only putting on great holiday celebrations but also for our business lives.  I would also throw in Collaboration, and Multi Tasking into the pot.  I would love to hear about how other women use these skills everyday.
