Dear 2010,

We need to talk, so I had a lot of hope for you, and to be honest after 2009, (http://privateeyeundies.com/2009-you-are-a-bad-boyfriend/) my standards were not that high, but I think I might have rushed into this, and what I think is best is that we take a break, look its not you, I mean its not all you… mostly its me. I cant expect you to make my life better, I guess I always knew this but I need to do this on my own, but I just seem to love the bad boys.

No, I don’t think this is forever, and to be honest I will probably have a touch too much wine tonight and call you, so do me a favor and don’t answer.

Dear Diary
So I broke up with 2010 tonight, I just was not feeling it. I mean 2010 has been okay to me, but I saw something’s that I really had to question 2010 character. I mean, it just seems that 2010 is still are laying people off, making health insurance hard to get and expensive, and this housing thing is far from over and while 2010 says he all about fixing things, but I was not felling it.

So, enough of 2010, I am not going to wait for the perfect condition or opportunity to come my way, I am going to make my own luck, and instead of counting on Father Time to provide me with low interest rates,  great job markets, and small business loans I am going to count on my friends, my family, and my neighbors, and in return I will be generous with them too.

Note to Self: Turn Father Time into the Better Business Bureau and or Call Tool Academy to see if they are taking submissions
